Description:
LEGO Bionicle is the story of the Bionicle and the island of Mata Nui before the Toa. Before time was ever recorded, the Tohunga, who inhabited Mata Nui, weren't able to live on the island in peace. But a brave Tohunga, they were told, would come one day and restore peace. The Tohungas prophesied that this mighty Tohunga would bring the Toas back by recovering the six Toa stones.
LEGO Bionicle is an action-adventure game in which players become that brave Tohunga. You will complete several quests in six areas so you can discover the stones that will summon the Toa. Along the way, there are more than 20 levels of traps, puzzles, and adversaries to face. The six multiplayer Tohunga athletic games also let you play with friends.
Players customize their Tohunga characters much like they do the toy line. You can choose masks as well as biomechanical limbs and torsos. The game even syncs with your Bionicle toys. Enter codes from the packaging and you'll gain access to secret game-enhancing features.
Visually, LEGO Bionicle offers a top-down perspective, and its vertical and horizontal parallax scrolling makes the gameplay more interactive. Best of all, the game takes full advantage of the Game Boy Advance platform, letting you link up to four GBA units so you can play with friends.
