Once there you should see a dog. Talk to it. It will tell you to input a password. Enter '9'. The dog should give you Negapon. Negapon is very powerful. It turns into NegponX and Gatspon.

Unlimited Mushrooms

When you find a Mushroom of any color, get it and store it in your warehouse. Then, leave the room/area that you are in. When you return, the Mushroom will have respawned. As long as you keep storing them in your warehouse, you can get an unlimited amount of Mushrooms.

Description:
As the sequels to last year's Robopon role-playing/card-trading games for the Game Boy Color, the Robopon 2 games add better graphics, larger game worlds, four-player competition, and other features. The two versions of Robopon 2, this and the Cross version, put you in charge of a robot company. You'll search for parts to combine into robot companions that you can trade or use to battle against other robots. The two game versions are identical in story and gameplay, but contain unique characters and items. By networking Game Boy Advance units together, players can create rare Robopons that they cannot create in single-player modes. By connecting the two versions of the game together, players will have access to the complete set of Robopons. Four-player battles can be waged off of one cartridge.
