To get the Gadgetmobile, beat Tournament mode with any good character (Inspector Gadget, Penny, Brain, or Chief Quimby).

Doctor Claw

To get Dr. Claw, beat Tournament mode with a MAD Agent (Agent Abdul or Agent Bruce).
