SuperCross Circuit is packed with pros. This game lets you race supercross all-stars Larry Ward, Mike LaRocco, John Dowd, and Tim Ferry on licensed dirt bikes from Honda, Yamaha, KTM, and Kawasaki. As if that was not official enough for die-hard dirt bikers, there are realistic racetracks to conquer, including Sam Boyd Stadium, Red Bud, and Glen One.
The game designers paid particular attention to recreating rugged track and bike conditions that muddy up (literally) an otherwise clean racing experience. For example, your bike must avoid puddles that haven't quite dried up. Expect to get dirty; during our test of this game, we found it to be nearly impossible to avoid getting our virtual bikes caked with mud.
Two players can face off in a single race or, if you prefer, you can race for a whole season to accumulate titles and cash prizes for bike upgrades. If you conquer the realistic tracks contained in the game, you can design 20 monster tracks with the track editor. This feature allows you to create your own hairpin turns, giant jumps, and deep pits. --Carrie Bell
