When playing 2 player VS mode, at the screen to choose a character, hold down both the R and L buttons on both controllers at the same time and you can select one of the evil characters to play.Choose the 1p Vs. mode, and move the cursor to 'Hard.' Hold L and Up, then press A. The game just switched to Super-Hard Mode!
On the VS. mode for 1P game, as soon as the Rainbow screen goes away, QUICKLY hold X&Y. You will be able to select any of the rescued characters!
On startup, Yoshi says 'Nintendo!' Press B,A,L,L during this time and you'll hear a tone. The game just upped its dif- ficulty! Each time you perform a combo or chain, the stack will NOT stop rising! Good luck!
